Hi Guy,

I was wondering if you guys could point as to which book/software to use for GRE general test prep ? I know princeton and Kaplan have easy questions, so where to get sufficient practice from ( and ofcourse the questions should be difficult). I see people scoring amazing score on Q and V sections so I would appreciate some advice Smiley

Thanks in advance !!

oadhia,

Try Barrons GRE. That is the one i red (and kaplan's) It will help you for sure. Also you have to remember that the hole point, at the quantitative section, is not how difficult exercises you can solve. It is how fast you can solve easy exercises for kids. So, while you get prepared for the test try to solve as many as you can, not difficult ones. Wink

Kaplans and Barrons are a great start and give you a fairly good foundation for the GRE BUT I would suggest the following websites:

testmagic.com (forums section)
drrajusgre.com

both are excellent preparation since they give you explanation and other members are quick to reply to any questions or problems you might have.
good luck!
